By making reservations with Riviera Suites Hotel Melaka, you agree to comply with and be bound by all house rules, regulations and policies as prescribed by the hotel from time to time; all reasonable direction, orders and /or instruction imposed by the company; and all applicable local laws, by-laws and regulations of the country where the Riviera Suites Hotel Melaka is located during your stay.
For safety, security and housekeeping reasons, you have expressly consented to Riviera Suites Hotel Melaka to enter the guest room which you are occupying at least once a day even if the “ Do Not Disturb ” sign has been exhibited on the door.
Agreement between you and Riviera Suites Hotel Melaka

Children policy
0 – 11 years old stay for free sharing bed with parent.
12 years old and above is considered adult and should apply the adult extra bed rate available in Extra list on the reservation page.
Riviera Suites Hotel’s Right to Cancel / Mistakes / Errors

Check In & Check Out Policy
The room is available for check in from 15:00hrs onwards and must be vacated by 12:00hrs with no further extension whatsoever.
Extra /Add On Services Policy
Company will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, accident, irregularity or expenses by purchasing any add on services from our site including but not limited to Air-port Transfer, Car Rental, Massage, Tours and others. We accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, weather conditions, or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. The liability shall be attached to each independent operator’s service terms and conditions.
Valuables
Please ensure that all items of value are always stored securely and not left unattended. To the extend permissible by law, we will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any property brought onto the hotel’s room premises. In the event that we are found to be liable for any such loss or damage, we shall not be liable for such loss and damage to an amount exceeding the statutory limitation available under the applicable local laws and regulations.

General Terms & Conditions
- Rates quoted are subject to and 8% Service Tax.
- Check in time is 1500hrs and check out time is 1200hrs. Early checks in and late check out shall be subjected to a penalty being imposed.
- Room occupied beyond 1800hrs is charged at full day rate of departure.
- Durian, Mangosteen and pets are strictly not allowed in the property.
- Rates are for individual reservation only and subject to Riviera Suites Hotel Melaka availability at time of reservation.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
